ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-order pieces are printed to order and dispatched within 7–10 working days. After dispatch, 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–7 to tier 2 and 3 cities. Remote pin codes can take 7–10.

What is a pre-order?
When a design shows Pre-order, we print it for you after you order. You pay now, and it's dispatched within 7–10 working days with free shipping and tracking.

Do you offer COD?
Yes, across India on orders up to ₹5,000, with a ₹49 handling fee.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free on every order across India, no minimum.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — India only for now.

SIZING & FIT

How do KYSERAS tees fit?
Boxy oversized. The shoulder seam drops 2–3 in below your natural shoulder, the body is wide and square, sleeves end above the elbow and the hem lands at mid-hip. Full measurements are in the Size & Fit Guide.

What size should I order?
Your usual size for the boxy oversized look. Size down for a sharper fit, up for extra room.

What sizes do you carry?
S to XL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. See our Returns Policy.

How do I exchange for a different size?
Email us within 7 days — size exchanges are free, and we arrange a free reverse pickup.

How long does a refund take?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

PRODUCT & QUALITY

What fabric are the tees?
100% cotton. Black tees are 210 GSM — soft, breathable everyday weight. Beige, charcoal and wine tees are 240 GSM heavyweight — thick and structured. The fabric weight is listed on every product page.

How are the graphics printed?
Hand screen-printed with plastisol ink, heat-cured. It stays soft to the touch and is built to survive the wash rather than crack off it.

Will the print fade?
Not with normal care. Wash cold and inside out, and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.

Care instructions?
Machine wash cold, inside out. No bleach. Dry in shade. Iron inside out only, never directly over the print.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Two reasons. Screens and studio lighting shift colour, and small-batch printing produces minor variation in placement and finish between pieces.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, major debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, industry-standard gateway.
