ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. After that, 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–7 to tier 2 and 3 cities. Remote pin codes can take 7–10.

Do you offer COD?
Yes, across India on orders up to ₹5,000, with a ₹49 handling fee.

Is shipping free?
Free on all orders above ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹69 applies.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — India only for now.

SIZING & FIT

How do KYSERAS tees fit?
Regular to lightly oversized. The shoulder seam sits just past the natural shoulder, sleeves fall to mid-bicep, and the body finishes at the hip. Full measurements are in the Size Guide.

What size should I order?
Your usual size for a relaxed oversized fit. Size up for extra room, down for a closer cut.

What sizes do you carry?
S to XL.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. See our Returns Policy.

How do I exchange for a different size?
Email us within 7 days — size exchanges are free, and we arrange a free reverse pickup.

How long does a refund take?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

PRODUCT & QUALITY

What fabric is used?
240 GSM loop-knit cotton. Heavyweight and structured, so it holds its shape rather than clinging.

How are the graphics printed?
High-density screen print. It stays soft to the touch and is built to survive the wash rather than crack off it.

Will the print fade?
Not with normal care. Wash cold and inside out, and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.

Care instructions?
Machine wash cold, inside out. No bleach. Dry in shade. Iron inside out only, never directly over the print.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Two reasons. Screens and studio lighting shift colour, and small-batch printing produces minor variation in placement and finish between pieces.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, major debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through an encrypted, industry-standard gateway.
