SHIPPING TIME

All KYSERAS orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE shipping across India on all orders above ₹1499.

Orders below ₹1499: ₹69 flat shipping fee.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available across India on orders up to ₹5,000. A small handling fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

While we work hard to ship on time, sometimes things happen — weather, festivals, or remote pin codes. If your order is delayed beyond the expected window, drop us a message at kyserasofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
