We want you to love every KYSERAS piece. If something isn't right — wrong size, defective, or just not what you expected — we'll make it right.

RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

✅ Eligible for return:

• Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging intact
• Wrong product or wrong size received
• Damaged or defective items

❌ Not eligible for return:

• Worn or washed items
• Items without tags
• Items clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page
• Custom or personalized orders

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email us at kyserasofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days with your order number and reason
2. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days

EXCHANGES

Wrong size? Size exchanges are free. Message us within 7 days and we'll swap it out at no cost, subject to stock.

REFUNDS

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
