We want you to love every KYSERAS piece. If something isn't right — wrong size, defective, or just not what you expected — we'll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
✅ Eligible for return:
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Wrong product or wrong size received
- Damaged or defective items
❌ Not eligible for return:
- Worn or washed items
- Items without tags
- Sale items (final sale, marked clearly)
- Custom or personalized orders
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at kyserasofficial@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and reason
- We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund/exchange is processed within 5–7 business days
EXCHANGES
Wrong size? We offer free size exchanges. Just email us within 7 days and we'll swap it out at no cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
